The product import job (CSV, Shopify, etc.) will update products in Catalog Machine and online catalog, but you need to do extra action to regenerate catalog PDF. You can create zap for this task.
Select Product Import Completed event trigger from Catalog Machine app.
Select Rebuild Catalog action from the same app. Select a link name for catalog that should be regenerated. Find or edit this permalink in the catalog share page.
Turn on this zap and it will run after import is completed.
