Catalog Machine is a monthly subscription. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Upgrade
Open the Change Plan page, pick your plan, click Upgrade, and enter your billing details if you're a new subscriber.
Downgrade
Open the same Change Plan page and choose a lower plan. Your data is kept after a downgrade. You just can't add beyond your new plan's limits. On the Free plan, sign in from time to time to keep your account active.
Pause your account (Park plan)
Not ready to cancel but want a break? You can park your account instead. Parking keeps your account and all your data, including catalogs, products, line sheets, and price lists, safe and ready for a small monthly or yearly fee, so you can pick up where you left off whenever you come back.
The Park option appears inside the cancellation flow, not as a separate plan on the grid. Open the Change Plan page, click Cancel Plan, choose a reason, and on the next Options step select Park your account, where you'll see the monthly and yearly price.
Cancel
If you only want to take a break, consider parking your account instead (see above), which keeps everything saved.
To cancel a paid plan, open the Change Plan page and choose Cancel Plan. Here is exactly what happens:
Your account switches to the Free plan right away, and you will not be charged again.
You keep all your data (catalogs, products, images). Free plan limits apply (20 products, 2 catalogs), so anything above those limits stays saved but is not editable until you are back on a paid plan.
The Free plan is not permanent storage: if you stop logging in, your account and its data are eventually removed (we send a warning email first). To keep everything safe with no need to log in, park your account instead.
If you would rather use the time you have already paid for, you do not have to cancel today. Your plan stays active until your renewal date, and you can cancel any time before then to stop the next charge.
Refunds: within 5 days of a charge we can refund it; after that, the amount is applied as credit toward future invoices.
To update your card or pay a failed invoice, use the Billing page. To permanently close your account and delete all data, just ask in AI Help or contact support.
