Catalog Machine is a monthly subscription — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Open the Change Plan page, pick your plan, click Upgrade, and enter your billing details if you're a new subscriber.

Open the same Change Plan page and choose a lower plan. Your data is kept after a downgrade — you just can't add beyond your new plan's limits. On the Free plan, sign in at least once every 2 weeks to keep your account active.

To cancel a paid plan, open the Change Plan page and choose Cancel Plan — this moves you to the Free plan and keeps your catalogs and products. To update your card or pay a failed invoice, use the Billing page. To permanently close your account and delete all data, just ask in AI Help or contact support.
