Importing from WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay & other platforms (V2)

Bring products into V2 from almost any platform — via CSV, AI Concierge (URL or file), Shopify sync, or the legacy-app connectors.

You can bring your products into Catalog Machine from almost any e-commerce platform — your own store, a marketplace, or a spreadsheet. Whatever platform you're on, there's a path in.

Your options

  • CSV / Excel (works with any platform) — export a product CSV from WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay, Magento, PrestaShop, BigCommerce, Square, Wix, or anywhere else, then import it in V2. Brings names, prices, descriptions, and images (by URL). This is the recommended path in V2.

  • AI Concierge (paste a link or upload a file) — give AI Concierge a product-page URL (your store, a supplier site, a marketplace listing) or upload a CSV/PDF/photos, and it extracts the products for you.

  • Shopify (native) — connect your Shopify store for automatic sync, with variants and images included.

  • Direct connectors in the legacy app — WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay, Magento, and PrestaShop have built-in importers in the legacy app (same login, same data). Import there, then keep working in V2.

Most people use CSV or AI Concierge — both work regardless of where your products live today.
