PDF Import turns each page of your PDF into a catalog page image. It does not read the products, text or prices out of the PDF.
Maximum file size is 50 MB, on every plan. Larger files are rejected. Compress the PDF, or split it into parts under 50 MB and import them separately.
How to import
Go to Catalogs > Import PDF.
Upload the PDF.
Choose a quality: Low (72 DPI), Medium (150 DPI), or High (300 DPI, for print).
Click Import.
Each page arrives as an image on its own catalog page. You can move it, resize it, and place products, text or links on top. The content inside the imported page is part of the image, so it cannot be edited, restyled or recolored.
If you need the product data
Use AI Concierge instead. It reads your PDF and creates real products with names, prices and descriptions, which you can then edit and lay out as catalog pages.
